Ability to copy position and communication templates/workflows in A Recruit

Ability to copy and edit position templates/comms templates/workflows in a recruit to eliminate manual process of remaking these when we require a similar template/workflow with minor changes.

E.g., we've been told that best practice for requisition on/off for position templates is to have two identical templates, one with the requisition box ticked and one without. To do this, we currently require the position template to be created using consultancy, even when it is a direct copy of another template with only this one change. Having the ability to copy and amend templates ourselves would eliminate the need for consultancy and make the process more efficient by allowing us to do our own work in our own timescales, rather than waiting for support responses and consultancy slots.
