General Usability of Candidate Reviewing in Recruit

When using Recruit to review candidates, it is difficult to navigate and easily access the candidate application/cv. You currently need to click into the applicant, then into profile/application/assessment depending on how much is required to review.

As we currently have multiple required questions, a cv and potentially assessments to review for each candidate, it can take some time to review each individual in the initial sift as we're required to click into each candidate and review then exit. The functionality to preview/see a pop up of a cv/filter by those with relevant qualifications or experience/job titles would be beneficial. Even just a spreadsheet style visibility of each candidate field would be better, as we can then scroll and eliminate those without relevant skills or experience without having to click in and out of each candidate.

The current applicant tracking and reviewing usability is frustrating and not user friendly.

Workable has the feature to easily click through and review candidates (screenshot attached). Even Indeed has an easy review and reject/progress option (Screenshot attached). Whereas within Recruit it is convoluted by the requirement to click in and out of the applicants full profile, especially when we are often met with timeouts/errors when trying to return from this page.
