When new owner is assigned to a position, they do not have visibility or access to action candidates who had applied under previous position owner - in situations where previous position owners in Recruit have left the company this creates issues in candidate progression. Following a period of consultation, we are now left with the potential that open candidate positions are without owners and nobody is being notified out the outstanding applications to review. Ideally, it would be best if either the admins of Recruit are alerted to any candidates without owners so we can rectify this as soon as possible on our end, or have an automation that allocates these candidates without owners to a set admin so that no notifications are lost.
