Ability to applicant CV's viewable whilst transition is in 'anonymous'

When in the candidate shortlisting page, it would be beneficial to make the CV's uploaded viewable while keeping the name etc anonymous. As is currently set up, when the anonymous option is ticked at shortlisting stage, this also anonymises access to any cv uploads (see attached image). Depending on what questions were included at applicant first stage, this means hiring managers may not have all the information required to review a candidate fully.
