To be able to choose additional required fields for onboarding records going to SelectHR

There are number of fields that are required in SelectHR which aren't mandatory for completion in the onboarding form in Access Recruit. Being able to choose which of these fields are required would prevent this data having to be added later, which can cause issues when setting up external systems info.

For example our IT team need to know if someone has a known as name that is different from their formal name (Robert/Rob) as soon as possible, otherwise will have to change their email address once the onboardee updates it when going through their checklist in SelectHR.

Making this mandatory ensures this wont be an issue.
