Customer Access to 'Questionaires' configuration on the left hand pane

Support analysts have access to the 'Questionaire' configuration section on the left hand pane which allows them to preview and edit application templates. Currently, for even minor changes we have to contact support which can be time consuming and feel frustrating for the user, as we know that functionality is available, just not to us. The ability to review and edit application templates ourselves would be much more user friendly.
