When a vacancy closes make the 'published' filter go to 'unpublished'

When a vacancy is open it is 'published' in green then when it closes it goes to 'published' in red. It would be good that it goes to 'unpublished' so that we can filter just on the vacancies that are open rather than all vacancies that are published and unpublished.
